Before coming out to your site, we’ll ask you to perform a leak and flow test, that’ll help us confirm if you’ve an external underground leak.
We’ll then use specialist acoustic equipment, flexitrace, isolation tests and trial excavations to search for your suspected leak. And once it’s found, we’ll highlight the repairs you’ll need and discuss your next steps.

Our Leakage Find and Fix service does exactly what is says on the tin. If your business has a leak and you’d like expert support to not only diagnose and locate the leak but fix it too, this service is for you.

External Valve Installation or Repair
External valves on your business’s private pipework may need replacing for a number of reasons. They may be letting too much water through, increasing your consumption unnecessarily or you may not be able to operate your valve at all. We can also install valves along your pipework. This can be useful to help narrow down areas of leakage and make it easier to find where the leak is happening.
What are the options?Before we can tell you how many and how much, we need to understand your site. Sharing photos with us of the faulty external valves and surrounding areas may allow our contractors to prepare a full price proposal for your valve replacement work. If not, we’ll need to come and see your site for ourselves. This initial survey would be chargeable, but it means we can be sure we’ve identified the best location for your new valves and provided an accurate proposal.

External Water Mains Replacement
Is your businesses pipework letting you down? If you’re experiencing burst after burst, a full water mains replacement of your business’s private water supply might be the answer. Leaks often occur when pressure builds up at weak points in your business’s pipework and even once one leak is fixed, if the integrity of the pipework is poor, the water will find the next weakest point. That’s when we’d suggest a full mains replacement, from the water meter to the entry point at your main building or the valve at your site.
Understanding your business’s requirementsIf our contractors have already been out to your site, they may have identified the issues with your pipework. If they haven’t, we’d need to carry out an initial site survey (which would be chargeable) to understand the work that’s needed.
