If you were a customer of Northumbrian Water or Essex & Suffolk Water, your water and / or sewerage services transferred to us on 1 April 2017 and we are very pleased to be your retailer. Your service continues to be protected, as are the prices you are charged. Details can be found in the following documents.

These apply to you if your water and / or sewerage services have been moved to us because your old retailer is no longer exists, and are different for England & Wales and Scotland.
