The Site offers comparison services in relation to energy suppliers (“Comparison Services”), where you may:

• Obtain information on energy suppliers (“a Supplier”), and their services, products and/or goods offered through this Site; and
• Facilitate a transaction between you and a Supplier for the provision of those services, products and/or goods (the “Services”)

In respect of these Comparison Services, you will need to provide certain information to us to allow the comparison of Suppliers for the Services you require. You warrant that this information provided to us is accurate and complete, and that any necessary third party approvals have been obtained to permit a designated representative to use the Site. You agree that the information you provide may be used to perform checks to validate you as an authorised buyer. The nature of the energy market means that the comparison information rendered on this Site is subject to change at any time. We take no responsibility for this and exclude all liability for any consequences of a change in information.

If you agree to purchase Services via our Site you are responsible for familiarising yourself with the Supplier’s terms and conditions, which will govern the contract for Services directly between you and the Supplier and are separate from these terms. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Services meet your requirements. For the avoidance of doubt, you are responsible for making all payments directly to the Supplier in relation to any Services you agree to purchase.

We cannot accept liability for errors made by the Supplier or their appointed representative, nor can we respond to complaints on their behalf. If such a circumstance arises, please contact the Supplier directly.

The Comparison Services is provided for general information purposes only and in providing the Comparison Services we are not giving you any advice (whether financial or otherwise) in respect of any Services or recommending or endorsing any Supplier. We provide an impartial and independent Comparison Service.

Governing Law

These terms and your use of the Site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under English law. A person who is not a party to these terms shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

These terms were last updated in March 2020. We may change or supplement these terms at any time and such changes or supplements shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms on the Site. You will be bound by any modified terms that apply when you use the Site even if you do not read them, so we would recommend that you review these terms from time to time.
