FAQ: How do I request a refund?

If you'd like to request a refund from us, please get in touch. We’ll need to verify some details from you, including:

  • The date of your last actual meter read (you’ll find this on your bill) as we need this to be in the last 30 days. If your bill shows an estimate, please take a meter reading as we would need a visual reading. If you’re unable to read your meter yourself, please contact us to arrange an appointment.
  • You’re an authorised contact on the account or have a letter of authority which is up to date.
  • If you’ve more than one account with us, please check that all other accounts are up to date with payments with no debit. If you’ve more than one account, we’d look to transfer balances before refunding at monies.
