If you've forgotten the password you use to sign in to My Account, you might need to reset it.
Here's how to do it:
- Go to Forgot your password and enter your email address. Check the "I'm not a robot" box and select "submit"
- We'll email you a 24-hour temporary login link to the email address provided in step 1
- Once you receive your temporary login link, you can login and will be prompted to set a new password
- Once you've set your new password, a message will appear at the top of the page to show that this was successful
What to do if you see any of the following messages after 5 failed login attempts.
If you've had more than 5 failed login attempts, your account will be blocked as a security measure. To have your account unblocked, please contact a member of our team who'll be happy to assist you.
