FAQ: How can I contact Wave on a digital day?

Wave’s digital days are focussed on digital communication channels. This means our customer experience team will use their time to work through emails, reply to webchat and direct messages on WhatsApp, iMessage and social media. You can contact us using any of these methods. Only our phone lines will be closed on a digital day. 

From 26th April 2024, we are doing one digital Friday towards the end of each month.
