Prize Draw Terms & Conditions:
These terms and condition are in relation to the online survey promotion that Wave is running from Friday 22 March to 30 June 2024. For every successful pledge submission received by a business, the said business will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win 1 Technolog Cello 6S Water AMR device to be installed on an eligible water meter in located the UK (excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands). (“the Promotion”).
1. Wave is running the Promotion from 22 March 2024 to 30 June 2024. After this date no further entries will be allowed or submitted.
2. Only one submission per business will be accepted and must enter via the webform on Wave’s website. Multiple entries will not be entered into the prize draw. Wave will require your full name, phone number and email address in order to enter the prize draw.
3. The Promotion is only available to UK based businesses (UK based businesses are to be determined by Wave).
4. The prize for the said Promotion is a single Technolog Cello 6s Water AMR device to be installed on an eligible water meter located in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands). The prize will include the cost of basic installation and the supply of data services to keep the logger transmitting data for 5 years and data presentment for the same period. The prize does not include any alternative vouchers or cash or any other form of payment and does not include the costs of any meter exchanges, chamber enlargements, signal augmentation or any other ancillary works to enable a water meter to have an AMR device installed. Wave shall have the sole and final determination on whether a water meter is eligible to have an AMR installed.
5. The winner will be selected at random and announced on the week commencing 1 July 2024 and will be contacted using the contact details the entrant enters (name, email address and telephone number).
6. If you are the winner of the Promotion, you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm your prize. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted in relation to this Promotion.
7. Wave retains the right to extend or withdraw the offer at any time and without prior notice at its discretion without providing any reason.
