On Wednesday 13th March, Wave’s Metering Operations Manager, Claire Stanness, will be joining MOSL’s User Forum to discuss the findings of her latest Market Improvement Fund project, carried out in partnership with Occutrace, a specialist data collection provider.
The project, known as “Project No-Flow”, highlights the potential number of water meters in the non-household market which are currently in use but not recording any consumption and dives into the issues and impacts this has on customers, Retailers, Wholesalers and the market as a whole.
