Moving in?

If you’re moving into a premises we supply, please let us know. First things first, we’ll need a meter read and your move-in date.

What happens when you move into a new premises supplied by Wave?

Setting up your new business can be an exciting and challenging time. There’s lots to think about, so to help us get your business water account set up from the date you moved in, we need a few details, including:

  • Legal Entity
  • Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code
  • Contact details
  • A recent meter read
  • Date you moved in

Moving out?

If you’re moving out of your premises, we’ll just need a few details and a meter read so we can close your account.

What happens when you move out of your business premises?

If times are changing and your business is moving on, your water account will end from the date you move out. It’s best to be prepared so please give us as much notice as you can.

You’ll need to take a meter read on the day you leave so that we can make sure you only pay for the water you’ve used on your final bill. We’ll also need some details from you such as your customer reference and a forwarding address.

Changing premises?

If you’re moving to another business premises that we supply, we’ll need some details like your customer reference, meter reads when you move out and when you move in and the details of your new premises.
