More insights for Wave’s medium-sized customers with new proposition

Medium-sized Industrial and Commercial customers, spending between £75,000-£150,000 on their annual water bill can now take advantage of Wave’s new service proposition.

Designed to include an increased level of service for customers with a more complex set up, Wave’s new proposition offers business customers extra insight and support to help understand consumption and highlight opportunities to drive efficiencies and reduce waste.

The new proposition will add value to customers through:

  • Access to a dedicated team of Business Support Coordinators for prompt query management and resolution. Giving customers a specific point of contact a team familiar with supporting complex accounts.
  • Quarterly management reporting for insights into billing, meter reading and query management performance.
  • High Consumption Alerts (HCAs) straight to their inbox. These are a quick and reliable way to understand if water consumption has spiked which could indicate a leak as well as excess costs.
