When you’ve previously paid your bills by making a card payment, your bank statement will have shown that the payment was made to NWG Business. This is because NWG Business was our business name before our joint venture in 2018, when we became Wave.
We’ve now updated this, and for payments made after 1 April 2023, your bank statement will show that they’ve been made to www.wave-utilities.co.uk/.
There’s nothing you need to do differently as all our bank details have remained the same and we’ll still receive your payments in the same way.
