FAQ: Can I switch to eBilling?

What is eBilling?

eBilling is when you receive your water bills from us online, through My Account. You’ll no longer receive paper bills in the post, but you’ll be able to view and download them at a time that suits you. When a new bill is ready, we’ll send you an email to let you know.

Why should I sign up to eBilling?

Not only is eBilling great for the environment, as you’ll no longer receive paper bills, but you’ll have greater control over your water account.

  • Direct email notifications – You’ll receive an email as soon as your bill is ready in My Account, meaning you can view it at a time that’s convenient to you.
  • Simple to download – You can download your bills from My Account and store them digitally.
  • See all of your bills in once place – All of your bills will be in kept in one secure place within My Account. You can easily search and find the one you’re looking for.
  • Support the environment – Switching to eBilling means you’ll be helping the environment as we’ll no longer need to print your bills (please note, if you choose eBilling, all contacts on your account will stop receiving paper bills).

How do I sign up to eBilling?

When you sign into your online account, you’ll see a pop up asking if you’d like to switch. Once you’ve selected accept eBilling, we’ll do the rest. You can also let us know by getting in touch with our Customer Experience Team (you’ll need your customer reference number to hand).
