FAQ: Can I still use Internet Explorer as my browser after 15th June 2022?

From 15th June 2022, Microsoft Edge will replace Internet Explorer on the most recent versions of Windows 10. This means that the Internet Explorer application will no longer be supported and users will be redirected to Edge if they try to access the app.

How does this affect me?

As a result of this, Wave will no longer support connections to our website and My Account portal from Internet Explorer from 15th June 2022. For the best experience, we recommend downloading a more modern and secure web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.

How do I change my browser?

All the browsers listed above are completely free of charge. All you have to do is click download and set up the application in a few short steps, and you can begin using it as you would with Internet Explorer. It’s as simple as that.

Can I still use Internet Explorer after June 2022?

If you still rely on Internet Explorer for compatibility reasons, Internet Explorer mode in Microsoft Edge will allow access to some websites and applications that require it.
