How to set up Direct Debit
There's a few ways you can set up your Direct Debit with us (have your customer reference number and bank details handy).
- My Account - sign in and select the Direct Debit tab from the main menu. If you haven’t got an online account yet, why not register?
- Speak to our Customer Service team - you can get in touch with one of our friendly advisors by calling us on 0333 207 9283 during our opening hours.
- Download, complete and return our Direct Debit form - just scan and email it to hello@wave-utilities.co.uk or post to:

It's quick and easy to set up - just log into My Account and select Direct Debit. You'll be directed to a form you can fill out online.

How to cancel Direct Debit
If you decide to change the way you pay us, please get in touch and let us know you'd like to cancel your Direct Debit.
If you’re switching to another retailer, you can cancel your Direct Debit by contacting your bank.
