Initial support measures put in place by Ofwat in March 2020 to help businesses that needed to close during the first national lockdown ended on 31 July 2020.
If your business is temporarily closed, please submit a meter read so we can make sure your next bill more accurately reflects your water use during closure. Providing us with meter reads while you’re closed will also help you identify potential water leaks.If you're having difficulty paying
Please try to pay your water bill whenever you can. If you’re concerned about making payments due to COVID-19 however, please get in touch. We know this is a tough time for many businesses and we may be able to support with a COVID-19 repayment scheme.Help us make your bill more accurate
Whether your business is open or closed due to COVID-19, you can help make your bills more accurate by providing regular meter readings. Our billing system estimates your charges based on previous reads, so the more recent readings we have, the more accurate your bill will be.Get the latest advice
