We’re delighted that our CEO, Lucy Darch, has been appointed as Associated Retailer Director of the Market Operator Services Ltd (MOSL) board for a three-year term.
MOSL is the market operator for the non-household water retail market in England, which opened in 2017. It’s responsible for the effective and efficient running of the market, providing a level playing field for companies operating in the market and making sure it continues to grow and improve.
Lucy joins the Board with over 25 years' experience in the sector. She has held several senior leadership roles across gas, electricity and water at Enron Direct, uSwitch and British Gas Business and has extensive knowledge of new entrant start-ups, business development and digital delivery across utilities.

Lucy’s focus on customers and the customer experience will support MOSL’s strategy, as we continue to drive the best outcomes for customers.
