I already have a water meter. Can you help me use less water?

What do I do if there is something wrong with my meter?

Please get in touch if you feel there is something wrong with your meter and we will look into it for you.

How do you calculate my charges if I don't have a meter?

Your charges will be based upon the Rateable Value of your property. Having a meter will mean that you receive accurate bills based on actual consumption. If you would like to get a meter fitted please get in touch and we will check whether this may be cheaper for you. 

Would I save money by switching to a water meter?

If you do not have a water meter, your bill will be based on a fixed charge, regardless of the amount of water you use. This means that if the water use at your property is low, you may be paying more than you need to for your water and sewage charges. If you think you may benefit from moving to a meter, please call us on 0330 1234 056 and we can discuss your options and any associated charges.

How do I submit a meter reading?

If you are unable to read your meter, but would like to request a meter read please get in touch and we will book a read for you.  Alternatively If you already have your meter reading details to hand you can submit them here 

How can I find out my account balance?

Log into your account and you will see real-time data on your current balance, view bills and pay online. If you do not have an account setup yet you can request your online account to be activated here
