When we prepare our prices, we have fixed charges from the Wholesaler and then we add our retail charges.
Each Wholesaler has their own charging scheme for their region, which are approved by the regulator, Ofwat. This means that although you might have two properties that are a similar size, the location means that there could be a difference in the wholesale prices.
